INSP Networks moving headquarters to Lancaster County, SC

    Hmmmmmmmmmm, how come the Cerullo's didn't move INSP back to the old PTL property (assuming they still owned the land) :confused: ? ? I'm kinda puzzled at seing why they are moving again out to Lancaster Co. (US521 & SC160 intersection) ? ? ? I guess in the long run they want to own their own land vs. just leasing property . .
