    well NYC wasn't a total loss when it was attacked. New Orleans is pretty much fucked for at least a few years...

    and that's hoping another hurricane doesn't breeze by the gulf for the whole time it takes to rebuild.

    I'M NOT EQUATING THE TWO EVENTS, I'M JUST POINTING OUT THAT RUDY DID NOT HAVE A BREAK DOWN AND MANAGED THINGS QUITE WELL. oops cap lock...sorry. his city was under attack and not flooding.

    i thought it funny how the police commisoner knew he needed air support to close down the air space and just asked the simple question, "is there a phone number we call?"
