In my 21 years, Ive never seen this much offense from a Dodger team. Beltre cranked out 2 home runs last night and a double to win the game. Now, with him hitting, our team is a complete hitting team now. Green has 6 home runs, and everyone is playing great. Gagne finished out the 9th by striking out the side.

I remember my Dad telling me stories of the 60's and 70's the days of Koufax and Drysdale when they would pitch shutouts, and someone would say, "You see Sandy pitch a shutout, following that would be, "Did the Dodgers win"? Our offense has never been this good, and with the players standing behind Tracey, the NL West isn't going to roll over with San Fran and now San Diego turning hot. We have very good pitching and now hitting, With a fairly young team, injuries wont be a hinder like it has been in the past. Im real excited to see where we go this year, this is fun.

Beltre has been huge for LA. He's on both my fantasy teams, so I hope he keeps crankin it. Wouldn't mind seein Valdes chalk up a good season either.

yeah hell it's the beginning of may the pitchers can't really pitch until about the end of this month, if a team don't have bats now woe is them once the summer heats up.

actually, the pitchers are always ahead of the batters the first month of the season. good try tho, and the dodgers will still slide.
