OK - weighed myself this morning and as I had guessed I put on about 10 pounds since Filip was born, and I was 5 above where I should be. So my goal is to get back down to 150. Currently at 165.

I am not going to be going on any diets, just getting back into my exercise routine of running 5 miles 3-4 times a week and playing soccer 2-3 times a week and watching what I eat. And drinking a lot more water.

    thanks for joining up, man.

having kids can definately add the pounds. life-adjustments do that, i think. they throw us for a loop and we "ground" ourselves with familiar foods.

soccer 2-3 times a week would kill me, but i'd love it.

Just find a league and join up - even if you just get thrown onto a team. That was how I got back into in Charlotte. Been playing with the same basic group for 5 years or so. It will also make it easier to do the other running and exercise - so you can play better. I am sure that Tallahasee has a league or 2.
