After watching part of the Green Bay/Detroit game and seeing the score, if we get a decent kicker we've got a decent shot at winning at Green Bay. If Detroit can get 31 points against them, maybe we can get 21 and we have a pretty decent D. Not convinced we'll win, but convinced we have a shot. Thoughts?

    Green Bay defense is troubled.

    Our Defense has played outstanding.

    We can win.

We always play the Pack tough. I expect it will be a close game, but playing at GB I would have to say works against us. (did I just type that, DUH!)

If Smith runs like he did today, it will greatly increase our chances of winning. However, the Pack D are better tacklers than the Vikes.

As good a place as any for me to put the following quote from NFL.com fantasy football site.

"Vikings WR Randy Moss vs. Carolina: Don't be fooled by the Panthers' current standing as the top-ranked defense in the NFC. They don't have anybody who can match up with Moss."

Remeber. We still haven't beaten anybody. The total wins of everyone we've faced is 0. If we beat Green Bay (who had a tough time with a team we destroyed), it will be said that we STILL haven't beaten anybody. And you know what? I can live with that. :)

The Packers just let DETRIOT score 31 points.

The Packers NEVER play well in domes. It's a fact!
I wouldn't put too much on their performance today. Just like I wouldn't expect our D to continue to win games for us.
28 points in 3 games...9.3 points per game! We keep this up and playoffs are a certainty! I won't get my hopes up though, our schedule starts getting tougher after week 5.

I was thinking they had won their last 3 at New Orleans prior to this year? Not sure though...

You have to keep in mind Favre was 4-7 at Detroit coming in, and divisional games are usually played closer. We destroyed a team playing VERY poorly. The pack didnt have that luxury. The Pack faced a Detroit team looking to squash the hopes of a divisional team.

I think we have a chance to win, yes!

But don't take the Pack too lightly with the score with Detriot. Detriot now has ahealthy James Stewart, and a better back-up in Huntley (hehe)

No, really, the Pack gets down, but they always play to the opponent. Plus, Detriot is playing with more urgency. It will be a tough game, especially on the road. Remember, the Pack went today without Ahman Green. If you can't keep the ball very long, it's hard to keep the other team from scoring. Hey, maybe he won't be back for next week either. (hope hope)

That's what we do, keep the ball. So don't go giving our Defense ALL the credit. Our Offense has played well.

I don't like their linebackers, and not quite it at DT anymore. They got Sharper, and some good pass rushers, decent corners, and that's it.
