    No, I think you did. It's the least I expect from a program with the competitive advantages Duke has.

    Yep, 7 FF's in 9 years is the streak that matters to me. Sweet 16's mean little to nothing, however I'd say that Duke's current streak of 9 is as impressive or more-so than UNC's record of 13. A lot has changed in college basketball since 94, when UNC's streak ended.

    None of those streaks touch Wooden though, that article is idiotic.

    UNC beat one, good job. An Oklahoma team featuring Stacey King. Hell of a game, turned out OU sucked though huh.

    Here's an interesting look at Dook's Sweet 16 streak. I came up with these myself and even posted them last year or the year before. I think it's fairly interesting that no team that beat Dook in this run has crapped out the next round.

    1998: Final 8 - Lost to NC Kentucky

    1999: Finals - Lost to NC UConn

    2000: Sweet 16 - Lost to Runner up Florida

    2001: Won NC

    2002: Sweet 16 - Lost to Runner up Indiana

    2003: Sweet 16 - Lost to Runner up Kansas

    2004: Final Four - Lost to NC UConn

    2005: Sweet 16 - Lost to FF member Michigan State


    Up until last year, every team that had knocked Dook out of the tourney advanced to the NC game.
