    You have chunked up there a little bit there since November buddy. But you could still gain another 50 before you crossed over to the "undoable" side. ;)

    like i said, this is what tallahassee does to me. hating my job. leaving my friends. i resisted the whole way.

    time to get everything back on track. i figure a year is a fair period of adjustment/mourning.

    Amen sister! I was on steroids up until 2 weeks ago for over a year and gained 30 pounds! I've had a hair analysis done by doctors in Houston and am on supplements and off the steroids. I've lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks but have LOTS more to go. My body is still adjusting, but I'm going to get my Nordic Flex out of storage and get back to it now that I can breathe a little better. I've started swimming also. I'm at 162 and my goal is 135. I just hope my skin doesn't sag. :( At my age, it sags enough on it's own.
