    cool idea, i want in. i cannot follow the same program as you guys because of my freaking crohn's diet and the fact that i pop steriods like vitamins every damn morning(steroids for 4 months have already show there side effects, i don't like it:(). i will be doing my best on whatever program y'all pick or are we gonna follow our own plans? anyway i am in. will we be getting together for sports drink party when all is said and done?

    I'll go along with it even though I'm almost 8 weeks into the Atkins already! I've talked with a few people about my goal by the end of the year.....but I'll participate to help us do the 1,000 lb loss thing!
