I started my atkins diet today.

Figured since i'm unemployed, i could get up and work out for an hour or two today. Today was the hour, hopefully tomorrow will be two. But, do i look like i've lost any weight to you guys?

Do you have a revised work out plan yet?

You tend to lose a good deal of muscle on that diet.



And yes, you do look thinner already.

 

Diddy---do you play racquetball? Basketball? Do you like watching movies about gladiators?

 

i have no muscle. Therefore, i cannot lose any. My goal is to one day look like captain morgan.

 

see i get that. I mentioned the movie airplane in one of my posts. Now you're gonna ask me about gladiator movies and such. Or if i have ever been to a turkish prison camp. I play basketball and soccer.

 

Do you find it difficult to play basketball and soccer at the same time? I don't think I'm coordinated enough to do that. But, if you just wanna play basketball sometime at lunch, lemme know. Lunch for me is from 10am until I go to bed.

 

you would think that playing soccer and b-ball at the same time would be difficult. But, i have learned how to use my penis as something other than a towel holder while i walk around my apartment naked. I now dribble and shoot with my penis while i dribble a soccer ball with my feet and actually play gameboy with my hands.

I also eat lunch.

 

i used to dribble with my penis, but the meds cleared that right up...
