    The protein shakes clogging you up, huh? Grab a bag of baby carrots and eat 'em raw. Good substitute for tater chips.

    get a bag a salad when you shop and just dump some in a bowl and slather it with dressing. I make the whip ass field peas and spinach guck that I eat or am supposed to eat to keep my sinuses clear.

    english cukes. them are my fav. also some swiss chard. swiss chard (green or red) taste great and easy to fix.

    get a fresh bunch. wash thoroughly. microwave for about 6 minutes with a little butter, put fresh lemon after cooking, or a dash of lemon pepper.

    yum.

    vine ripened tomatoes if you are not acidic is also great for tomato sammiches. put a little mayo and swiss cheese. or skip the mayo and just put mustard.

    fuji persimons. nice and crispy. i love these this time of year.

    Metamucil works great and also has that psyllium thing going for it, lowers your colesterol whilest you poop.

    Just eat a big fuckin' salad for lunch, then follow that up with a big ass milkshake from Pike's around 1600. By 2100, you won't be asking for roughage anymore.
