    sounds good...just becareful not to be too heavy handed w/ the curry. your guests will walk away smelling foul. suggestion would be to add some mango chutney as well to balance out the curry.

    no...you would spoon the mango chutney out of the jar into your saute pan right before you're about to serve. it can be found in the international section and adds a nice touch helping to balance out the curry.

    Sy I really appreciate your advice but I want to be sure of what you're saying. I add the chutney to the shrimp curry or I heat the chutney in the pan before serving it seperately?
