    from 173 down to 166:D now i have 10more pounds to lose my gole is to be near 156pounds

    Probably so. I heard that the human body carries around approx 10 lbs of solid waste, so it's possible that a good dukey can remove all of it.

    It very easy to do this you before when i was 173 I use to popcorn everyday at work i allso use to i use to some sweet cookies sweet Cruel. now i stiel Cruel but not sow Cruel i allso had not had popcorn for 21days in row. I allso have stop eating cookies if you cut out the fat you will lose some Weight
