i finally got out and walked today

    it wasn't much, just about 30-35 minutes and not fast, but it was in the heat, up hills, pushing two kids in a double stroller.

    sweated a whole lot.

    it's a start.

    kids and the heat (and the afternoon rains) make it tough to work out, but i'm not going to make any excuses.

    naw man, 2 me, thats not even an excuse, thats life, they come first...i been told 2 kids is like 2 jobs.

    It'll be worth it all when you my age and got a grandkid or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5.
