    Thats two more on top of the one I lost already. Do I sound to over excited about it? Well, I am. Ive been over weight since my middle 20's and no matter what I did it seemed I could not lose the weight. But I seem to have found my nitch and Im going to run with it. Im going to run, run, run, and run some more.

    Those 2 lbs. may not sound like a lot, but if you lose 2, then 2 more, then 2 more.... that's how I did it. 2-3 lbs. a week until I got past 40 lbs.! Stay encouraged-
