    If this would go here or tech., but which do you prefer, Sat. or cable. I'm a Sat. man myself. Cable sucks and it cost to damn much. When the cable would go out I would be left waiting on some cable guy to get off his a$$ and fix it. Now when my Sat. goes out I can get off my own a$$ and fix it. I also pay less for what I rec on Sat. than what I would have gotten on cable. Where do you stand on this earth shaking issue.:)

    Cable. My father-in-law has satellite. He likes it. Too many channels for the money for me and my wife. The options we have on cable suit us OK.

    I hate the way satellite is sensitive to weather. Digital cable has just as good a picture, although it is getting more and more expensive.

    Satellite all the way. Fuck Time Warner. Their ads bashing satellite are misleading too. I get one bill from DirecTV, no fees or taxes, it's awesome.

    Price wise they are about the same actually... if you have the exact smae programming packages... they are honestly the same... if you want true digital quality chose Sat. but if you want better reliability chose cable
