    Does anyone believe this stuff works? I have chewed my nails forever. HATE it but I can never go for more than 3 months before I have finished them off. I have tried EVERYTHING and nothing. They are soft as hell. I guess it is a stress relief for me.

    I can't be hypnotized, some people can, but not me. I've seen some very funny reactions after the fact, when the person is told they did/said such & such.

    It's supposedly very useful in psychotherapy and crime solving. Personally, I don't think it's reliable of itself, alone.
