how to ? on pork ribs

    Seriously though, I have made ribs sevral ways. I would only par boil them if you are pressed for time. The best ribs I have made have always been over low indirect heat on a Weber for about 3 hours (dry rub over night, sauced last ten minutes) or on a smoker for 3 or 4 hours and finished on the grill. I have also found that oven cooking them at 225 for a few hours in a basting bag of apple juice and white wine and whatever else you like followed by the grill works well.

    marinade them for two hours in RS's cooch, put them in a Ron Popeil Showtime Rotisseri, set it and forget it. :xyzthumbs
