I'm down to 195 from 230. Not the way I wanted to lose it, but it's gone.

    210. About 10 pounds better than I expected. I'd like to get south of 200. 185 - 190 would be cool.
I saw this board mentioned in an e-mail this morning and used it as motivation to get my overheated, overworked landscaping butt back into the gym. Today was the first time I'd been on scales in years. Last year I went from a 40 inch waist down to thirty six but I avoided the scales like the plague. I just thought that what I saw in the mirror and how my clothes fit were a more meaningful measure of how I was doing.
This Spring's been a bastard though and my new clothes are getting tight. Seeing this board gives me a little push at just the right time.

weighed 135 in school, got married, got a sit down job, and starting eating a lot and gained 60 pounds in less than a year. Joined a gym a year ago and I currently hovering around 175-180 depending what I eat. I would love to get to 160's and stay there but I just can't stay away from my fatening favorites.

Since high school graduation in 1978 my weight has been as low as 195 and as high as 250. I am right in the middle now. I want VERY much to get back to <200 lbs but can't seem to get motivated. :(
