    The same movie?

You go to the movies and watch a great movie

Then it comes out in blockbuster for rental

Would you rent it or buy it?

How many times can you watch the same movie?

I know folks that religiously buy every movie that comes out
Their house resembles blockbusters they have so many

I think, whats the point? Just how many times can you watch the same movie no matter how much you love it?

I know people who do the same, now WHO has time to watch movies that much. Waste of money, I own a couple at the most. People spend money they don't have on stupid things.

Depends. A few movies for whatever reason I like to watch on a regular basis. Patton, Gladiator, Seven and Sleepless in Seattle. I like to have other movies handy in case the mood strikes me to watch say Casablanca or Viva Las Vegas

I have 278 movies on DVD, and it was a hard habit to break not buying them. It has finally been 6 months since I last bought a non kids DVD. Most of them sit in a box and laugh at me when I open the closet door. What a freakin waste of money that was.

But some are indeed keepers. I still love Star Wars and Star Trek and watch those movies with some regularity. As a parody to this genre, I find Galaxy Quest to be worth a repeat every few months. That movies still gets me rolling on the floor.

Other movies I watch over from time to time

    Stripes
    Kellys Heroes
    Midway
    Patton
