    I need to loose about 50 pounds..
    Good luck!

    I used to be a bodybuilder and when I lost my weight I ate about 6 small mini/healthy meals during the day.. drank a lot of water during the day, did cardio & weights on alternate days.

    I plan on loosing at least 50 by September if not more.. I am a size 18/20 now and I want to get back to a 14/16.

    I'll keep yall posted!

    She can post pre-weight gain pics

    There a few muscular chicks at the gyms I go to. When they have regular clothes on, they look pretty good.
