How do i gain weight?

    I want to gain weight, i need to gain weight.
    Isn't there any pills out there that can help me.
    The doctor said to give it some time but i'm tired of waiting!!! :(

    A little known scientific fact. Most of our caloric intake is time release. You may not see signs of weight gain but it will come. Enjoy it while you can.

    regular exercize, for you that is a school athletic with basic weightlifting and a calisthenics routine worked in.

    6 to 8 meals a that consisting of a protein and a complex carbo-hydrate and about 3 servings of fruit and vegitables per day. you need to eat at least 1/3 more calories than you burn.

    i gained 30 lbs in 12 weeks this way.

    oh, i get this everyday. well, not the weightlifting but i have started to do some on my own just not sure what i should be doing and how to lift right and all that. This is kinda embarassing for me so please don't make fun of me but ya see i dance (i think u already knew that) and everybody seems to be growing but me and it's like i can't lift my partner, i had to match up with this girl a lot younger than me just to complete this assignment.
    sometimes i feel like quiting but i really like it and i stick it out.

    bench press, shoulder press and curls. pull ups and push ups. moderate weight high reps. as many pull ups and push ups as you can.

    jb- i was a small guy until i turned about 16-16 1/2. then, i was a skinny guy. i used to lift milk jugs, b/c we didnt have any weights. i did this for about 3 months and gained about 10 lbs. start small, you'll be surprised.

    Put on a tutu and pair up with one of the bigger kids.
