    Because your 10% scares the 80% just as bad as the wackos on the other side. Both sets are morons as far as I am concerned.

    If both 10% are equally bad then why pay attention to either side? Certainly an 80% majority can do what it wants without fear of the minority. Based on what I think you are saying 80% of the people believe that late term abortion is murder.

    and thus, the law of the land is that a state can ban late term abortion in all cases but health risk to the mother.

    Abortion is murder.
    In the Old Testament, the penalty for causing a pregnant woman to miscarry was death. Why or how, wasn't mentioned.
    Abortion is not an unpardonable sin.
    Yes, if my daughter becomes pregnant by rape, we will raise the child while my daughter is in prison, because once she gets back on her feet, she will deal with the man responsible, herself. She'd make sure the guy wasn't able to rape again.

    And if she miscarries instead, you'll just kill her off and bury her in the backyard I guess.
