And that's probably ok with the NBA. You likely can't afford the tickets.

The problem with the NBA is that is stopped being about teams and started being about individuals. They taylor the rules to highlight the great individual rather than the great team. That was fine when you had guy like Bird, Magic and Jordan to carry the torch but there has been on heir to that legacy.

I would change the rules to make it more like the college game. Actually call traveling when it happens, allow any defense, call fouls as evenly as possible not giving benefit to superstars.....

Actually I can...it's the people they cater to that can't. The ghetto livin, cracked out youth. Of course the dealers can afford them.

Actually, you can get them for $5 a pop outside the arena...even the lowest level crack dealer/whore can afford them...and since that's their target market...I guess everything's alright.

The cheapest Clipper package comes to 100 bucks, $25 a game. Nosebleed season tickets cost 600 to 1200 bucks.

They don't have trouble selling out.

and it's not even like selling individual seats is the priority. it's concessions, swag, luxury boxes, tv contracts, etc. if the nba could make more money fielding teams of pat boones, they'd have done it.

LOT of drug money in L.A.

    Shouldn't come as a surprise.

Funny thing. This morning on WFNZ's Morning Sportspage they were discussing this. All of the THUGS in the NBA. How the NBA screwed itself by placing so much focus on the individuals instead of the teams...

If we can get Morrison to shave off the molester stache...he'd be a good spokesperson. Felton (yes...I know he's black) isn't bad either.

A good first step is to permanently ban any player who attacks fans who are watching the game.

How about Emeka? College POY, 4 year player, won a championship, graduated with a really high GPA in Finance in only 3 years.

he's like the posterboy for what you want your players to be.

Likewise, permanently ban any fan who attacks a player.
