House Sitter Needed (but not immediately)

The standard house sitter speach:
Yes, you can invite friends over.
Yes, you can have a party - if you can be responsible - and you clean up afterwards.
If you have a party, and anything gets busted, you are responsible for replacement or replacement value.
If you have a party and you, the party, or anyone attending said party gets busted, you're on your own (however you are still responsible for any damages, fines, and other expenses incurred).
If I return and any of my animals are malnutritioned, hurt, lost, or otherwise uncared for, you will wish you'd had a wild party here with all of the aforementioned happening, because that would've been easier to pay! (The animals are the reason for the need, otherwise my house is good on it's own).

The special TBR addendum for our select special posters:
You will require a Cleaning Deposit. I will know if something has fluids on it (body or otherwise), that wasn't there before
