I've Googled this, but want some tried and true recipes. I'm after the one in the crockpot, where you brown off the mince (hamburger meat) and chuck in cheese'n'stuff. I need to know about the 'nstuff part :). I'm going to have to ad lib and fluff with it a bit, because we don't have Valveeta...so, I'm thinking of using Kraft cheese spread - would this work? Also, I'm thinking when it's done - I can put it in a fondue to keep warm (on really low) and have people dip stuff in it there. What do you reckon - is this gonna work?

I'm catering for about 50 odd people...this is one of about a million dishes, so I want to make sure it's gonna work - :help:.

    Cool.

[I thought "hot meat & cheese" = Tom Jones was pretty good though. :D Might give a chuckle. :)]
