    easy recipe...

    ground beef
    minced onion
    ketchup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp.worchestershire sauce

brown ground beef, and later, sautee the minced onion along with the beef. add chili powder & worchestershire just before lowering the heat. add enough ketchup to reach the consitency that you want your chili to be. stir while heating. use whatever amount of ground beef and onion you want. if you dont like this on your hot dogs and hamburgers, it doubles as sloppy joe too. it keeps in the freezer if you want to make some for later. some of this shit, along with a good slaw and some mustard will make you slap your grandmother over the last hot dog.

if you buy the store bought shit (literally) at least make sure it actually has beef in it. Pattersons is pretty good. More like a buck .30 a can. That .69/can crap I wouldn't serve to my dogs.

I would rather make it myself (ground beef, ketchup, chilli powder and onion powder) but nobody around here knows how to eat a hot dog so I end up with a bunch left over.
