i'll give it a 6.5, maybe 7 but only because there were a lot of sex scenes. the gore was 'okay' as far as blood and such but there was no real scare factor. hell not even those parts that make your body stiffen as you inhale slowly. but there were a couple times i heard myself say "ugh" as my lips curled a bit.

it is worth seeing but not at $10 a pop. not for me anyway.

(i'll not spoil it but i do have a favorite part)
it seems the 'f' word and nudity are now needed factors in horror movies.

 

by the way - none of the images in those posters were seen in the film version i watched.
