    Phil did dump himself...He wanted a postion in management, and more power in Basketball operations. The Jerrys didn't want to give him that....Relationships became strained, and Phil walks at the end of his contract. The last 2 (97, and 98)years were basically one year deals for MJ, Pip, Rodman, and Phil.

    For the love of God, someone be sure Larry Eustachy stays off of Bourbon Street and out of the French Quarter. :shakehead:
