He faced up to 12 years in jail and gets nothing. Must be nice to be rich as fuck and hire a shady lawyer who knows who to pay

It sounds like from the article that the woman is the forgiving kind.

That and she realized he'll make a lot more money not locked up.

The Hornets are now 3-7 after tonight's home loss to a mediocre Nets team.
They've lost 4 in a row. Yay team...

yeah, that's really the thing here -- if he's locked up, she's a single parent trying to figure out how to make ends meet. if he's free and can earn money in the nba she and her kids live a completely different life-style. in effect, him going to jail is a punishment on her and her kids. seems like there'd need to be some kind of stipulation on future earnings.

Can the Hornets please draft some outside shooters? Please.
Defenses can pack in because there is no concern for the outside.

The Hornets lost their 5th in a row tonight. A home loss to a mediocre Wizard team.
The Hornets were 5-32 on 3 pt tries.
    Pathetic.
Ball has yet to play a game this season and Hayward is spending his usual time on the injured list. Even when he was playing he more often than not disappeared in the 4th quarter.
They are not a fun team to watch or pull for.
    They are boring as fuck.

Another home game and another loss. That is 6 in a row and the same problems are still there. Can't shoot the 3 , can't defend the 3.
If they want to use bricks the Hornets can build a new arena with the bricks they are shooting up.
    This is past old.
I'll post in here again when they have a win.

Well, the losing streak ended at 8. They beat a below average Magic team that has their own issues.
