After 2 games into the season the Hornets ar 1-1, but actually playing decent ball.
Bouknight is 0-10 on the young season and it's easy to see that his head is not in the game.
He is fucking up a rare chance of making a living that some folks only dream about.
The Hornets are talented enough to have someone they were counting on for some quality minutes to lollygag through games.

Tonight's game was the revenge game for last season's play in loss.
Hornets beat a good Hawks team without Ball, Rozier and of course Bridges.
I really don't care about who is doing the playing, but winning anytime feels good if you're a fan.
Nick Richards has to be the biggest surprise for me. He was actually 9-9 from the field for 20 total plus 11 boards. Excellent for a reserve.

I normally don't really care or notice NBA officials, but tonight's game in New York is terrible.
The Knicks are really getting the benefits of home cooking.
    Just wow...

The Hornets went down in OT by 3 on the road. It was valiant try.

The Hornets are playing a 0-5 winless Magic team and they are losing by 21 at halftime. ROTFLMAO

The Hornets outscored the Heat by 9 in the 4th, but still got blown out in the end.
The Hornets only scored 30 points in the whole first half.(they scored 40 in the 4th alone) As bad as the offense was the defense was consistently bad the whole game.
IMHO Plumlee should backup Nick Richards and Kelly Oubre should get backup minutes. He is just too inconsistent to start.
Plumlee put up 9 shots in the first game of the season, but who knew he was not going to put up more than 5 in any other game. He is the starting center that is shooting 55% from the charity stripe. He shoots foul shots with a forward lean and kind of pushes the ball off his shoulder. It looks ridiculous and it doesn't work.

I know it's only 8 games into the season and I know the Hornets have been without their 3 top scorers from last season, but the same old issues are still there. The 2 issues that are responsible for most of their losses are they can't shoot the 3 and they can't defend the 3.
You combind those two and you got a recipe for quite a few losses.
Maybe that will all change once Cifford gets the team to buy into whatever system he wants to run and Ball and Rozier get back. Maybe.
Jalen McDaniels thinks he is Dirk Nowitzki. None of the Hornets' draft picks for the last 2 years seem to panning out.
Does that go back to the scouting department? Or straight to the GM?
Well anyway the Hornets got blownout by a mediocre Bull's team.
