but I'm not on board yet. He made two key third down conversions and Henning kept the ball out of his hands for the most part, but I don't feel comfortable yet. I need a turnover free game before I start to believe he is the starter of the future.

By the way Kordell sucks worse than I ever imagined, so don't even go there. I won't make excuses about the offensive scheme...he just sucks.

Go ahead and blast me, but I ain't sold on Homey........yet.

When the choices were Jeff Lewis, Weinke and Craig?

    Yes.

I wanted Weinke, Craig then Lewis. Not that any were the best choices in the NFL or even the NFC West or even the ACC.

Not too many QB's are gonna look good against the Buc's, they're just too good. I guess it will take at least a season for JD to win everybody (or most people) over. He will be up and down for a while but he will be a winner and this Panther team will be a winner with him. Some guy's have it and some dont, he has it.

How many points did McNabb put up against the Bucs last week? I will tell you....a BIG FAT 0. Goose egg, nada, zip, zilch, you get the picture. We put up 12 at least, and WON! In their house! Alot of QB's look bad against the Bucs. Remember Rich Gannon last year in the Superbowl? I think for Jake's first start as a Panther against the "best D in the leauge" he did fine. No turnovers in the red zone and he moved the ball and got some key first downs. Last week he led us back from sure defeat with 3 TD's? Remember that? I think he will only get better. Hurry up and get on the Delhomme bus before you get left! We even have some gumbo on here! Whoooweee now dat is sum fine cookin!

I'm all for him and the Panthers....but his turnovers out number his TDs in both games. I would like that to change.

Craig, Lewis, Fasani, who the fuck cares. They all sucked ass.

They ain't Panthers no more. I'm tired of arguing who sucks ass worse. Craig or Lewis. Weinke or Fasani. Who cares.

We are 2-0 with Jake. He ain't perfect, but he's better than arguing which quarterback could make losing "more entertianing" What an oxymoron.

Get on board, riddel. You've been through the hard times, come reap the benifits.

I'm there. I'm just hoping it's for real and voicing my concerns.

    Hey, that's better than Weinke!

(granted, Weinke didn't have a dominant defense or a running back of Davis' quality, but still :p)
