Anybody got any good ones? I just got an ice cream maker and the recipies in the booklet that came with it aren't really that great.

I have some, at home...lots of egg and cream. Do you want me to look?
Just NEVER use the ones that call for a bottle of soda.

I'd love to get some if it's not too much trouble.

It's a lot of fucking work and expense for less than a half gallon of product. But, it is better than the stuff you get in the store. I have some at home also...but try this...

get any plain vanilla ice cream recepie....get some thin mint girl scout cookies and grind them up. add them to the mixer just before the ice cream is done. add some blue food coloring (yellow from the eggs and blue = green :xyzthumbs ). the ice cream will pick up the mint flavor from the cookies and it will be the best damn mint-cookies and cream ice cream you've ever tasted. :trophy:

    here's one:

    6 eggs
    3 cups of sugar
    2 cups of heavy cream
    2 tsp of vanilla

take the eggs, make yourself an omlette. put the cream in the fridge, then drive down to baskin-robbins.

If I make and eat a six egg omlete won't I be too full for ice cream? And what do I do with the sugar?

You might think you'll end up too full to eat more, but the dude said Baskin Robbins. The sugar will help give you the energy you need to roll yourself there.
