    You can appreciate fresh roma tomatoes no matter where you live. That is the beauty of this fast paced world we live in!!! A tomato can be grown in California, picked, processed and shipped and arrive fresh at your local Harris Teeter. Not to say that regular home grown tomatoes aren't great as well, I just have an affinity for roma's.

    Romas in a salad are the best. but a homegrown 'mater is a whole different deal. I like 'em as a side, sliced with salt and pepper .
