    U R a little late... We would have jumped on this. Mrs P is moving to MB at the end of the month and I am moving into a 450sqft studio (single wide trailer building divided into 3 individual units) off of Carowinds Blvd / John Price Dr. Your house sounds a little nicer than that. Oh well. Good luck!
