Can't say I agree - but damn.

That's just more lovin' than we deserve at the moment, but I'll take it and enjoy it while it lasts!

What's even funnier is that the NFC south was supposed to be a bunch of losers, with the exception of Tampa at the top, yet 3 of the four teams are now listed in that top twelve. What's even worse is tha the Falcons have looked pretty good, perhaps one of the best 0-2 teams, and they scare me the most when it comes to us playing them.

 

Wow, that is 3 teams in the top 12 from "the weakest division in the league." (NFC South)

In the end, record is all that matters, and while you'd figure some of the 1-1 teams and even an 0-2 team are better overall, they haven't done enough to win. Hopefully someone will still give us a little prop when we're 3-2.

 

ESPN has us at 26. The next lowest rated 2-0 team is San Diego, at 11.

 

Anything lower than the Bucs is just really sucks.

 

Yeah and their quote is "The two wins are obviously a huge improvement, but they're not moving too high until they beat somebody legit."

Probelm is that the Vikings are now ranked #27...one BEHIND us. So even if we win we still won't get respect. And with Dallas at #24 and the Cardinals at #25 our only chance of gaining respect is if we take the Packers at #8.

 

I hope the low level of respect gives our guys some motivation.

I'll say this:

Whatever was missing last year - chemistry, energy, ability to 'close the deal' - doesn't seem to be missing this year. Fox, Henning and Del Rio really seem to have the team's confidence. It's really fun to watch, and I think it can definitely lead to some upset wins.

 

Every win will be an upset, except for the Bungles.
I would imagine that'll be the only game we go into with a minus spread.
Them's the bestes wins, the one's ya sneak up on them and take it away when you were'nt supposed to.
I just hope we don't fall into the dumpster if we lose the next couple against pretty good teams.

 

I hope this is a scene that we`ll see lots of.
