    Channelside is the city's attempt at revitalizing it's downtown area. Think of it as a corporate South End. The view (aside from the one in the bathroom) is pretty bad. You over look a service channel for an industrial area.

    There are condoms, er, condos going up everywhere in that area, and a trolley to the more established Ybor City party district.

    This is the best thing to happen to this backwards little city in a long time. We needed something to offset all the golf and churches. Southern girls going down on each other is just good for business no matter what. Maybe we'll have a shot at hosting a Super Bowl someday now.
