I feel like someone is beating me with a hammer there. I do that frequently. I wonder if something was injured when I had the baby.

It doesn't hurt as bad when walking, but I can't stand still and can only sit for small increments of time. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, but of course, it's for something else so they will schedule me to see him about that another day and collect another co-pay. :banginghe

Plu - is it like a deep `thudding' in your bones...like an ache that can't be eased?

Yes, pang pang pang like bone grinding on bone or like someone is taking a tendon and bending it like a banjo string or something. Ummm ok I can't describe it. I took some Motrin, it's a little better.

Hmmm that sounds like something I had, many years ago. I worked with a chiropractor and had accupuncture. I'm not sure how you feel about these options, but they worked for me. I've also got a book I'm bringing over for you that saved my back after a heinous injury. It looks dorky, but the stretches were divine :).
