How does everyone feel about the playoffs expanding to two divisions in each class?

I personally think all the nchsaa is intrested in is money. Their are teams that dont deserve a playoff slot. Its a little much, there were teams that were 0-11 making the trip. I mean come on, maybe expand a little but lets not get rediculous. I played for Westover in fayetteville. They were 0-11 last season and I personally would not have wanted to see them make the playoffs and get hammered one more time for money.

I agree with you. Too many horrible teams that have to play another week. No incentive for the regular season.

They should have left it alone or added a few more teams and given the top seeds byes .

Yep, the 2 divisions thing is horse shit. There aren't enough good high school teams on both sides of the state to warrant this kind of change. I'm a little less excited about high school football because of these shennanigans.

Seems like making the playoffs should be something to be proud of. But the way things are now, it's just not. Takes a lot of fun out of late season playoff races.
