    Have you noticed a change in the color of your pee now? I have:D I drink anywhere from 96 oz. and up and my urine ain't yellow anymore, it's got more of a bluish tint to it. wierd! :D


    somebody on here said that ice cold water gives them a boost, kind of a wake up, well that does work.

    i drink/pee until i'm clear.

    i drink about 8 32oz cups tuesday-saturday, when i'm working.

    i can drink more if it's not ice cold.

    i dont drink enuf. but i force myself every morning. i bring my own water and go to the cafeteria to buy ice.

    then i sip on that big jug of mine all day. i can drink more, but i get really dizzy and slushy when i drink a lot of water. yes. i said dizzy.

    my pee is white. not even yellow anymore. when i take my vitamin b12 or b complex, then my pee gets bright yellow. nasty.

    i skip on that vitamin sometimes bec i dont like the color of my pee when i take it. (i know that is wayyy too much info, but 'tis true.)     :p

    Blue?? Hadn't heard of that before.

    Mine goes clear as well.

    one way to tell your level of hydration is by the color of your urine. clear or very light is a good barometer.

    Oh it's clear it just has this hint of greenish bluish in it, maybe it's a shadow off the bowl and it's my imagination. :D
