The Raiders are going to be in cap hell come next year, they are somewhere around 15-20mil over the cap and as Piper stated age is an issue. Tuiasosopo is the supposed future with them and Callahan was OC when he was drafted so you'd think that's set. Gannon has no reason to retire after this year the way he knows that O and with his level of play.

If they have to purge that team I see no chance of him being put out in doing so IMO.
