    yippy. I remember when Mac Brown had all those top recruiting classes and couldn't win shit. Same with Doh, and same will go with baseball. Walt Weiss is the only UNC baseball product ever worth a rat's ass, and that was 20 years ago.

    yeah - but it looks like UNC got high quality with their 10 man class equal to USC's 19 man class.

    Three big time players from Charlotte high schools too.

    I wonder why they didn't go to UNCC?

    you missed my point Beavis. I wasn't comparing the programs of Charlotte and UNC-CH, I was saying that UNC-CH is notorious for having great recruiting classes with minimal results in the 3 main mens sports (if you want to hang your hat on fem soccer be my guest). Charlotte has just as many nat'l championships in baseball as UNC-CH. Props to BJ, Walt's teammate, and Scott Bankhead who was decent for a couple years with the Mariners. You will never hear me say Charlotte is superior to UNC-CH in anything but quality of women, but I will always make the argument that UNC-CH grads are usually arrogant pricks, and their common fan is white trash. There aren't alot of good middle class Tarheel supporters, they are all wine and cheesers or trash, neither do I want to be around.

    "Eighteen witnesses watched the assault, and one called 911 at 6:41 p.m." He's been suspended from the team.

    It's okay, Cincinnati has an opening for a player like him. :rolleyes:
