    Excercise. I don't mean just walk 2 blocks, or around the corner and back, I mean get out there a sweat like Fred in church. I'm serious. If ya'll eat half decent, and do some serious heart rate racing excersize, I gurantee you will lose weight. If you don't, you aren't working out hard enough.

    That works great till you start putting in 70 hour weeks, and the kids an olady want drag your ass all over the place the rest of the time. Also once you you hit say 45 pounding the shit out of yourself becomes a somewhat less attractive proposition. But for the meanwhile I'd suggest racketball or handball if you want to beat the shit out of yourself.

    dude, that aint new. this is what i do. not just brisk walking/running. i make sure my heart rate is high and that i perspire. it takes at least one hour for me to get to that zone. one freggin hours. if i perspire more, it'd be better, but i think i slow down way too soon. i need to keep going and gradually increase it, i think. that is the key. gradually get to that zone of heart-pumping and nostrils blazing. ;)

    i wanna add the steam room after that workout. this makes the skin supple and clean after that sweating...just 15 minutes. dont stay there too long and dont spray too much of that eucalyptus spray. (my gym has that nasty thing in a spray bottle. ughs!)

    then, stay under the shower for a long time. yup, cool shower to close the pores after the steam.

    i did that today. i am all shiny like a new penny.
