I have had what I think is a pulled muscle in my right shoulder blade area. Now the ache is going down the back of my arm and I have the feeling like my hand is falling asleep. It doesn't really ache it just tingles. I think it is a pinched nerve. It is a really wierd feeling.

Rotate ice then heat for as long as possible. Try to slowly move it around, gently. If this doesn't help, you might want to have it checked out. I hope you feel better.

It moves ok without pain. I bugs me most when sitting or laying down. It is my driving and mouse hand. I though it might be carpal tunnel problems. That can shoot nearve sensation up the arm as well.

I'm not asking to be funny-really. Do you use your wrists a lot? If it is CP syndrome. Then you will have to take it easy. I have it, but because I draw a lot, as long as I lay off-it goes away. The pain can continue all the way up your arm. Is it possible you slept on it wrong?

It has been bugging me for a week now. Maybe my trip to CA will give it a rest! Although it is my beer drinking arm.
