    I 'just' moved her (last july) from the Netherlands and I don't really have a clue on what the super bowl is. Please explain it. I'm from a soccer-playing country and saw my first football game this fall. i'm still trying to understand the game

    The Super Bowl is the last game of the year - championship game between the best teams of the two conferences, the American Football Conference and the National Football Conference. Each conference has a playoff ladder made up of division winners and the best teams that didn't win their division.

    It's the greatest game of the greatest sport ever played. Football is the epitome of team sports. It's as close to war as man can get without the death part. Requiring men from all across the athletic spectrum, each with specific athletic abilities, to create a unit that acts as one.

    oh yeah...it's also fun to watch.:)
