    I dont think it's "team" motivated....granted they are a team trying to accomplish something...but ultimately it is going to come down to one. My guess is Ralph (the old Italian dude on the blue team) or Mike...i think...(the tatted dude on the red team).


    There needs to be more chicks. The restaurant bizz is infamous for the staff (cooks, waitress', bartenders) getting drunk after the shift and having sex with each other. It's the only thing missing from this show IMO.

    I've found myself liking it as well. Red team is kicking now that the tatoo'd guy was moved over.

    He and the guy in the glasses are kicking ass. The old dude on the Blue Team thinks he knows it all but is clueless.

    I'm pulling for red team all the way. I agree with SY about the chicks too, although I am strangely attracted to the woman with 6 kids on the red team.
