    Today is the reason Tom Burleson wanted Sendek out at State. If Herb was coaching this same State team today they would have lost by 16 points. He wanted someone that could make a team step up and compete against the Heels and Devils. Not get beat by 30 points on your home court every time State met them. Great job by Lowe, Towe and the rest of that staff.......

    Duke beat them by about 30. Lowe is doing a real good job at State. I saw that State was up by 2 with about 14 minutes left when I came in and I just turned off the T.V. didn´t want to jinx it. State is pretty much playing with scraps this year and there best player wasn´t even near healthy. The difference between the VT loss and the State loss is that VT is actually pretty good and State has struggled all year. State is getting a lot better. In two years State is going to be very good. Good win by State today. They have been waiting a while for a win over the Heels

    Believe it or not, I actually think they were right to call that T. It looked like PT was ready to nail the guy and held up at the very end.

    We didnt play worth a shit.

    But sockittome16 be honest You benign a duke fan. Is there inside you wishing that unc won the game .The reason I am asking this us playing you guys on Wednesday night and knowing that ray is going to give the team very hard practice and getting ready for the big game on Wednesday night. Sure you guys lost on Thursday to VA but overall you play very good in the game here is Prediction I will be real shock if we don’t play better on Wednesday night and beating you guys. Now I am not saying that we are going to beat you guys by 30.But I have every reason to believe that the Heels will be real mad and ready to play. If you don’t believe me just ask the Tigers how if it feel to play unc after unc lose the game before

    Actually State has been two different teams, one with Atsur and one with out Atsur.

    With Atsur they have been a really good team although not a deep team, comparable to dooks team this year as depth goes.
