    I didn't think Subway was considered fast-food.

Subway is often a hell of a lot faster then BK or McD's. Chicken whopper gets really healthy if you leave off the mayo. The plain burgers are not too unhealthy but the whopper and big mac are heart attacks on a bun.

I guess I've always considered 'fast-food' to be anyplace like McDonald's, BK, Taco Bell, KFC, etc. More along the lines of the content rather than how fast the food is served.

I stopped eating at Subway when I saw the person behind the counter, thinking I was looking the other way, take one of thos pre wrapped meat combos, scrap some mold off the top and throw it on the sandwich.

When he handed me the sandwich, I calmly said you can throw this the same place you threw that mold, calmly asked for a refund, went across the street to Jersey Mikes paid $2 bucks more and got some fresh sliced stuff.

I adore BK...absolutely! I'm a glutton for double whoppers with cheese -

Sly - when I was on the Atkins diet - I used to buy the burgers and leave the buns out...damn hard to do - but still, it was damn tasty!

Never had the BK vegetarian burger - that just doesn't seem right! A burger's gotta have meat in it damnit!

When I was on Atkins, on the way back from a business trip, I stopped off at BK and ordered 5 plain Jr. Whoppers. Got some weird looks from the girl at the window (which, I'm fairly sure, were related to my order). Ate the meat and left the buns in the bag. Darn good, too.

Good move with the Jr. Whoppers...less mess. Note to self - when attempting to devour a double whopper with cheese - without the valued assistance of said bun...don't do it in a crowded shopping mall. And always, always ask for a knife and fork.
