I hear Ray Edwards is available.

it'd be a nice second option, and he can rush inside (one of the reasons I said a 3-4 with him and CJ at 5-tech would be intriguing). I'm good with a speed rusher to push Alexander, but my suggestion was that Hardy not being a speed guy doesn't mean he's a bad outside rusher (or that he shouldn't be an outside rusher). That's still where he's making most of his pressure.

Panthers DE Greg Hardy says Panthers are a better team than the Falcons. No, really. He said it.

We'll probably have the same number of playoff wins this season

Would you consider Jarvis Jones if he was available.

Do we have room for a Von Miller type and would it be foolish to pass on that type of dynamic player.

I notice we keep Keek and Davis on the field when we use only 2 backers. But I guess he'd be more of a DE in that situation. Hardy would be at the DT spot and CJ the other end.

Yes. I'm not overly keen on that type of player, but I'm also stick in the old days where you lined up in the I and ran it up the middle. In this era of wide-open passing offenses you need that edge rusher, and magnus was correct to want Von Miller back in the day. Jones seems so small, though.

more if we want a 3-4. The Von Miller ideal does help him - but you have to use him just right. Essentially the Broncos use him upfield most of the time and you have to be willing to do that to make it work, which doesn't really make it a 4-3 anymore. If the want is to have a smallish edge rusher, you can get that as a sub guy; having a guy who can do all of that as an OLB may be considered a luxury.

Expect hardy to get a roughing the passer penalty or two
