    I'm hearing Hardy may be sitting out the entire year. Hypothetically if he is found guilty by jury would the time sat be the punishment and then the league team go after money already paid? Can't see how they would get any back seeing as how team put him on paid leave. If he is found guilty I'm guessing league then suspends him for remaining games and he's paid until guilty verdict

    I'm guessing he'll be credited for time served but won't have to surrender any money. I imagine that by agreeing to be put on the exempt list Hardy has forfeited his right to sue the league if he's found not guilty, as that would have been very entertaining.
