    I have seen alot of work by A company from Huntersville.Forget the name of the company but the contact name is Danny MacEachern@ 704-491-3725.They don't ask any upfront money either.You will have to purchase your materials.just the flooring, and the best place is Lumber Liquidators to purchase flooring.Recommend "Bellowood" 50 year warranty.

    you can get either linoleum or shallow-pile carpeting embossed with a hardwood pattern. Go that route. It's cheaper, shit won't break when it falls off the table and you won't have to karate chop any dust bunnies.

    That glue is probably an asbestos based glue so be careful.I ran into this problem at my Fathers house,and the only way we got it up was A really coarse sandpaper for A floor sander and it broke the glue down and the floors turned out really good.Do not heat it up until you know whether it is asbestos or not.Make sure before you go to sand it that you make sure any staples or nails are up because the sandpaper gets expensive.Hope I was of help.
